N2  - Significant challenges exist in creating surveillance recommendations for soft tissue sarcomas (STS) given the vast heterogeneity of recurrence patterns between histologic subtypes. Using the most recent evidence on the natural history of STS, this review will propose surveillance strategies based on tumor location and histologic subtype.
